During a surprise visit to Bishop Sutton Community Library, representatives from the Council and the Volunteer Service, Virgin Care BANES presented the library volunteers with the Volunteer Team of the Year Award. Every year Bath and North East Somerset Community Awards celebrate volunteers, charities, carers, community leaders, staff and businesses.
